Mark Vogl is a Distinguished Military Graduate of THE CITADEL, former Army Infantry officer, college professor, political aide, and author, his perspectives are salted by experience. Author of seven books published. The first book, Military Lessons of the Civil War, received the Jefferson Davis Historical Gold Medal from the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Other books include: The Confederate Night Before Christmas, The Rebel Reader, and Dixie’s Best Kept Secret, an introductory history of the Confederate States Navy. |
